Return Policy For Accessories:
If they are defective or damaged items when the parcel arrive, your damaged items may be returned within 30 days from the shipping date. All returned accessories must include:
1.> All original boxes and packing materials provided by manufacturer;
2.> The original UPC codes if available
3.> All manuals
4.> All cords and accessories
5.> All manufacturer documentation
If any return shipment does not contain all of these items or if the items is damaged, your exchange or return request may be denied, or the customer will be subject to a reasonable repackaging fee up to the value of the item, and to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged/defective Accessory- If your product arrives damaged/ defective, save everything that arrived and contact our P.T.C. customer service department immediately to begin the process of an exchange.
Defective Accessory Outside of 30-Day Return Policy- All accessories that become defective after the 30-day return policy will need to be returned directly to the product manufacturer. Warranty periods will vary depending on the product manufacturer. If you require additional information on a warranty period for your product, please contact our Customer Service.
Return Shipping- The customer is responsible for shipping cost for return to our Shenzhen manufacturing base shipments will be accepted. We will also not incur the cost of any express shipping. We encourage all of our customers to insure their return package in case that it is lost or damaged. Return shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
